PURCHASE ORDERS
For the convenience of large businesses, institutional, and governmental customers, purchase orders are accepted on an approved credit basis. Orders may be placed by phone, but an original or FAX of the PO is required. Payment terms are net 15 days of receipt. We cannot rush delivery items on a purchase order.
OUR GUARANTEE - RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise to us within 30 days. Simply enclose the packing slip, note the reason for the return and whether you want us to exchange it, credit it toward another purchase, or give you a refund.
Sorry, old books and digital image products are not returnable.

DELIVERY
We make every effort to ship your order out as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped the following day after receipt of your order. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of items in stock. We ship all order via FEDEX or UPS GROUND unless you have specified Overnight or Second Day Service. We will notify you if the item cannot be shipped in 30 days. A $6.95 shipping fee is applied to all orders.
Note: Some large, oversized or overweight items will be adjusted for freight cost depending upon the size, weight, and dimensions.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We ship all packages via Federal Express OR Ups Ground Service. The shipping cost is $6.95 for the first book and just $2.50 for each additional item. Free books count as one additional item in calculating the shipping. Please note that items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. This will depend on availability at time of shipment.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY
Based on weight and destination, there will be additional charges for overnight delivery added to the $6.95 for the first book and $2.50 for the second book. Two day delivery is available for an extra charge plus the regular shipping and handling charges based on weight & destination. Overnight or two day orders are shipped by Federal Express or UPS. If additional shipping charges apply, they will appear on your sales receipt and may not be reflected at the time of checkout from the online shopping cart system. For additional information on extra cost of shipping, please e-mail us your request or mention it to one of our operators and we will be pleased to give you that information.
How do I get my tracking number?
The tracking numbers for each days shipped orders are automatically emailed as soon as we receive them from the shipper.
My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
Sometimes the warehouse draws extra numbers that do not get used when they discover that the items can be packaged together safely. This results in "dummy numbers". Other times, a package gets separated from its order and does not get scanned right away. Either way, give it a day or two to see if all the items on your order arrive. If not give us a call and we will advise on beginning the lost package process with the shipper.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If items were shipped separately you will receive two tracking numbers one for each box. If you are still missing an item(s), call Pieeye Publishing Inc. customer service at 1-888-4PIEEYE.
Does Pieeye Publishing pay for the return shipping of merchandise?
Pieeye Publishing is not responsible for your returned merchandise. Just as in any walk-in store or any other business, you, the consumer, are responsible for returning the merchandise to our store. However, Pieeye Publishing will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.
Does Pieeye Publishing deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and takes one to two business days to process and on average five to ten working days to arrive. However, we cannot control delivery time. For APO/FPO orders, this may take 2-4 weeks at times.
Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it could have all fit into one box?
Items are packaged according to safety, weight, and size. The most common reason multiple boxes are used is due to multiple warehouse locations. Obviously if the items are stocked in different warehouses then they cannot be boxed together.
If my order is somehow returned by shipper to Pieeye Publishing, what happens next?
If the shipment is "returned to shipper", we will receive the packages back and then credit the customer in full, including all items paid for that returns with those refused boxes. If not all items are refused then only the items received back will be refunded. If it appears the item was returned due to a bad address or other obvious problem we will attempt to contact you.
Are shipping costs added cumulatively for each item I order or do they reduce when multiple items are purchased?
When you order multiple items, most of the time the shipping is reduced in your shopping cart, according to weight and size, safety and insurance required. If you place you order via our secure web site at www.pieeyepublishing.com then your entire order is shipped at a flat rate.
Does Pieeye Publishing ship internationally?
Yes - We ship to almost all countries, place your order on the web, and we will e-mail some shipping alternatives, you can also charge the shipping to your FedEx, Or UPS account, we find however the best rate is via USPS
